Team Maryland Lacrosse Club is committed to player development on and off the field. We stress the importance of strong academics and community involvement in the field. On the field, our program fosters an environment that promotes growth and success within a competitive culture to prepare our athletes to compete at the highest level.
STAFF
Coaching Staff – Team Maryland Lacrosse Club offers competitive coaching staff. Currently, we have 6 College Coaches on staff with our boy's program. We also have highly qualified Coaches that have played at the college level – or currently a coach at some capacity.
Program Wide Curriculum
The Team Maryland Lacrosse Club experience was developed by Brad Barber, Head Coach | Hood College. Practice plans are developed by Coach Barber to ensure each athlete leaves each practice with something learned/developed.
Player Evaluations
Feedback provided on player’s strengths, weaknesses – our staff will also provide feedback with how to continue improve and develop their game.

Strength & Conditioning | Injury Prevention
All Team Maryland Lacrosse Club athletes will have access to a year-round program provided by Explosive Performance. Weekly strength & conditioning sessions will be provided during the fall and summer club seasons. Explosive Performance is the leader in injury prevention – they have worked with many professional teams and athletes, as well as Olympic gold medalists.
Scholarship / Financial Aid Policy
Scholarship/Financial Aid Policy
- Team Maryland LC prides itself on being an inclusive program. We want those athletes and families to know we are here to support them. Families who do not have the financial means may apply for a scholarship/financial aid to help support their ability to afford the opportunity to compete.
- Athlete's & Parents who a granted a scholarship/financial aid will be asked to volunteer time to the program and join our big brother (player) program to mentor younger players
- Scholarships/Financial aid must requested formally through email. This must be done on a yearly basis
